Professional Practice

Professor Zhao Yun is an arbitrator and is listed as an arbitrator in several international arbitration commissions, which include the HKIAC, AIAC and arbitration centres in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hainan, Beihai, Luoyang, Tianjin and Qingdao.

Prof Zhao is currently the Henry Cheng Professor of International Law at The University of Hong Kong. He was previously the Head of the Department of Law of the same institution. He has published extensively on, amongst others, dispute resolution and space law.

He is also Professor in International Law at the Xiamen University and Professor at the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (before 2013 called Shanghai University of Foreign Trade).
