Professional Practice

Melinda has extensive experience in advising and represented clients in general civil litigation matters involving bankruptcy and insolvency, trusts and property, company, matrimonial and probate, injunctive relief, arbitration and enforcement of mainland judgments in Hong Kong. She has represented and advised lay clients at statutory tribunals, administrative boards, arbitration proceedings, and mediation meetings. In the recent years, she has also been actively developing her practice in alternative dispute resolution, particularly for cross border disputes.
